I have the Balboa Metatarsal sandal in Black and White and just ordered a 3rd color recently, they are that amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about this sandal, please do NOT change anything. I have terribly problematic feet to the point that even custom orthotics did not work out for me. I was skeptical about ever wearing flip flops again because typically they lack arch support and structure but these have it all, a solid high enough arch, a nice heel cup that is cushioned and the metatarsal pad really helps with my front of feet issues. These have just the right amount of cushion plus firmness, the latter being essential for trying to heal an achilles tendonitis issue in one leg. I like that they do NOT have a high heel lift which forces me to walk more naturally. I did not expect to reach for these that frequently because flip flops/thong sandals are usually a problem for me, but instead I find myself wearing them as my house slippers on the hard wood floors. They have been a life saver this summer when all other shoes hurt! Thank you for making these high quality sandals, WC! Please do not change a thing and please bring new colors (Silver would be nice)! This sandal runs true to size and is the perfect width. I wear a 9.5M and that is the size I ordered.
