Order Processing Times

The Walking Company processes orders 6 days a week from our east coast based distribution facility. Weather, natural disasters, other uncontrollable events and your delivery address distance from our facility may impact shipping times.


All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Any shipment sent Next Business Day on Friday will be delivered the next business day: Monday. Any shipment sent via 2 Day Business on Thursday will be delivered the second business day: Monday.

Complimentary Delivery


In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ships within 2 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.



Expedited Delivery

       In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ships  within 1-2  business days and will arrive in         an additional 2-3 business days. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. 

 

       Rush Shipping

       In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ships within 1-2 business days and will arrive in           an additional 1 business days. Rush orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

 

Fulfilled By Partner

Fulfilled By Partner items require 2-3 additional business days to process before shipping. Orders fulfilled by partner cannot ship outside of the U.S. These orders cannot be sent with expedited shipping, rush shipping, to PO boxes or APO/FPO and cannot be cancelled or modified once order is submitted. 

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Hawaii: Your order must be placed by 9:00 AM HST, Monday through Friday to receive your package 2nd business day or Overnight (next business day Monday through Friday). Certain destinations  cannot be guaranteed overnight delivery. Rates apply to a single mailing address. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in Hawaii.

Alaska: Your order must be placed by 10:00 AM AKST, Monday through Friday to receive your package 2nd business day or Overnight (next business day Monday through Friday). Rates apply to a single mailing address. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for orders in Alaska.

Canada

All orders shipped to Canada will include a shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order. For rate information, please see chart above. 

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses


We are not able to ship to more than one address at a time. You will have to submit each order separately and shipping fees cannot be combined.

 

       Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

       The Walking Company adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:

       . 100% coverage of lost, stolen or damaged packages
       . Effortless claims filing* through the Route App
       . Basic claim resolutions within 24 hours of approval
       . Customer service reps available 24/7 

       Please note: If you do not want delivery insurance simply remove the Route item from your order before completing             the purchase. The Walking Company and it's affiliates are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or                           misdirected shipments when you opt-out of optional coverage.
