Our return policy has been extended for 90 days for any online order or in store purchase that was placed after March 1,2020

America's favorite place to shop for Authentic Comfort footwear offers easy returns for purchases from our stores or from our website. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from The Walking Company. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to accept a return in most cases.

You can return unworn merchandise purchased for regular-price or on sale for up to 30 days from the date received. All items must be returned in original box/packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you. If you do not have the original shipping box or inner protective packaging, you can use any shipping box or inner packaging found at your local shipping carrier or package materials store.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt or order confirmation. Please note that it may take 3-10 business days for a refund to process through to your account.

 

For all FINAL CLEARANCE merchandise please note: All clearance items bought online and in store can only be returned for an e-gift certificate. Final clearance items must be shipped back to our distribution center.

 

Shipping charges are not refunded for return items.

Credit Card purchases will be credited to the original purchase credit card account. Cash and Check purchases over $100 may not be returned for cash until 10 days after the purchase. - a check will be issued and mailed from our corporate office within 15 business days of the item being received by The Walking Company.

PayPal purchases will be credited to the original purchasing account.

For all "buy one, get one" promotions, customers returning purchased items will forfeit any discounts applied to the transaction.

For unworn merchandise returned without receipt, we will offer a store credit at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.

When returning a gift for refund, at this time, The Walking Company is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift.

Items purchased with any The Walking Company certificate or offer code may result in an adjusted refund amount. Certificates and offers will not be reissued or re-credited for returns.

Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect. If you believe there is a defect with the merchandise, please contact our Customer Service department about returning or replacing your shoes at 1-800-642-9265

You can start your return process online by using the our return method below or the shipper of your choice, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.

We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise if you choose to ship back at your expense. Keep your shipping receipt until your account is credited or you receive a refund check if you paid by check or money order.

Please ensure this form is filled-out and placed inside your shipping box before mailing. Also, please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.
