The shoe is comfortable. I have wide feet. I need to make sure my feet fit in shoes plus my feet tend to grow during the day. My feet are comfortable in these shoes. I am able to walk without pain which is appreciated. I came back to order two more pairs.
I alread wrote a review on the shoe as it is way too big and not true to size. I only gave a 1 star for the shoes. Customer Service is excellent. Went to the customer service tab to get a return label and all I had to do was print out the label and the paper with order number and return reason. Very easy and efficient. Thank you FootSmart. I have been ordering for years and only had to return an item a couple of times.
