Easy to put on and get off. Perfect for most mud and outdoor chores. These are a God send when going out to feed outdoor wood furnace in all sorts of weather. Yet brush them off and well weathered leather dresses up well with nice jeans. If you had a special date you could hit them with neets oil and they'd shine and look dressy/ practical...in the land of mud and snowy driveways atleast. Pull them on, zip and go. And that was before I injured both quad tendons. These, with zipper ties, made it possible for me to be independent many, many, many months before I had ability to tie shoes.
