We set ourselves apart with a protective heel counter that allows the heel to move up and down freely while providing lateral stability, and the anti-fatigue rocker bottom, which is built to keep you moving forward.

I used to wear Birkenstocks as casual wear and traditional dress shoes for work and formal wear but after switching to Danskos it has been much easier. After hearing that the Danskos can be worn with dress pants or jeans and are a lot more comfortable I retired my traditional dress shoes. I go on cruises that have at least one or two formal nights and now it is one less thing to pack since the Danskos can be worn on all the nights plus I wear them when traveling since they are easy to remove at security.

Bought to replace a worn pair - these are my go-to garden shoes. Mismarked - NOT a narrow shoe like my last 2 pairs, so I had to return them. Salesguy just said they are handmade, so do vary. The 43N clog is not carried in store, and he had no suggestions for a replacement. If they fit right, they are wonderful for gardening, for rainy days, running errands.
