And they named it the Florida. A few important things to remember when considering buying this shoe: you want to have a little room in the front and back of the sandal because Birkenstocks mold to your feet and when that happens, the sandal curves up at the ends and essentially gets smaller.
Also be advised that this is a Narrow Fit style from Birkenstock. The sandal will seem shorter, but thats because of the width of the shoe.
I bought these for my daughter and she loves them! Birkenstock with the soft footbed barely require any break in. I have the traditional Birkenstock sandals without the soft footbed and these always take a little getting use to. Highly recommend to spend the little extra to get the soft footbed Birkenstock.
