I was having so much plantar fasciitis pain that I could barely walk until I discovered these shoes over a year ago. I can walk as far as I'd like now without any problem, so six months after I got my first pair in black mesh, I got a second pair in gray mesh. I wear nothing but these shoes unless I have a special event after which I usually am in pain again no matter how supportive my shoes are. The velcro strap is a lifesaver for my old back. Now I'm looking for a third pair, but they are too expensive and I will have to wait until they're on sale again.
