Love these shoes. I've been looking for a Chelsea style boot - tried a few other brands, but have high arches and ended up returning them. Was happy to find Abeo's version (both stylish AND with an orthotic footbed). Was a bit concerned about the ankle rubbing issue in some of the reviews but I didn't have any problem with it. However, the shoe does run big. I am normally a size 8.5 in all my other Abeo shoes (mostly sandals, if that matters - this is my first Abeo boot). 8.5 was way too big, so sized down to 8. I feel like 8 is still a half size too big but I can live with that. Sizing difference from sandals is weird though.

These are weighty, but very “in” right now. They’re very comfortable, despite the heaviness. I put in a custom orthotic so bought a half size up. Worked out great.
