The sandal fit true to size. I purchase the metatarsal sandal due to having a Morton’s Neuroma on one of my toes and I had no pain while wearing this sandal- yea!!
I have it 4 stars because the sandal is showing wear after just one weekend, walking mostly on dry streets.
