This manufacturer and product was recommended by a friend and physical therapist. I had shoes that tilted me forward and made me unsteady. With a new pair of shoes with flat sole to remedy that problem, I had no arch support. This orthotic mens neutral solved that quickly. But it also cushions every step. The size was exactly correct and fit my shoe perfectly.
