Even though there is some break-in, these shoes are so good I will buy more colors and they have convinced me to consider models. The needed break-in for me was in the band across the foot. When first walking in the shoe, the front edge rubbed on my toes.
These shoes are very well made. The heel height and width are outstanding for walking or an event where you will be standing. I purchased the Metatarsal footbed even though I do not have a specific metatarsal issue. The footbed is very comfortable, almost like wearing a cork footbed.
These are so comfortable. I wear the cream all the time with my fall neutral s. The only thing I don't like is my feet do slide forward a bit. I bought 3 pair. The first pair was metarsalgia and they runs really wide. When I pull the strap tighter it looks weird. The non metatarsalgia worked better for me.
