I've had the Ecco lace up sneakers but I was looking for something that would look good with ankle jeans and be super comfortable to wear. These fit the bill. While they don't have a super soft insole, they're made exceptionally well and designed to provide all day comfort when walking. Regarding fit, I typically need a 10.5, and yes, you rarely can find them so I go back and forth between a 10 or 11 depending upon fit. I purchased these in a 42 and they fit well. I would suggest when comparing US versus the European sizing you go up a bit as I find them to run a smidge on the small side. I do have wide feet and the width of these work quite well.
I don't love the price but if you need really cute and comfortable sneaker booties I think these are worth it. And believe me, I looked all over for other alternatives without any success. I'm so happy with these I'm going to look at purchasing them in a second color.
