I've been purchasing the Abeo Balboa flip flop for years. I have very little arch and the Balboa neutral was perfect for me. I live in Minnesota and would wear them year round, all winter in the house. Perfect support and relieved ankle and foot discomfort. When I went to make my most recent purchase the Balboa is no longer available and Laguna was suggested as the replacement. The Laguna has too more arch support for me, creating pressure on my foot.
The shoes are beautiful, well made but no longer the flip flop of choice for me. I'm going to have to find something else.

This brand usually fits perfect but these are too big. I will exchange for a size smaller. Otherwise they are awesome.

Size runs large so I ordered 1/2 size smaller. It was the same as before. Can't get the correct size ever. Too bad the stores closed here, I loved the shoes.
