Orders via standard shipping typically arrive within 3 - 8 business days from shipping confirmation. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.

Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow anywhere and with little warning. As interruptions occur, we will work with FedEx to make sure your order arrives as soon as it can safely be delivered.

*Please note: Orders placed Monday through Friday for in-stock merchandise normally ship within 24 hours or by the next shipping day. For special order items please allow an extra 2-3 days for shipping as noted in your shopping cart for those items. Above rates apply to continental United States to a single mailing address. Returns Made Easy

America's favorite place to shop for Authentic Comfort footwear offers easy returns for purchases from our stores or from our website. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from The Walking Company. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to accept a return or exchange in most cases. You can return unworn shoes purchased for regular-price or on sale for up to 30 days from the date received with the following exceptions:

Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. Returns and/or exchanges must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.

Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect. If you believe there is a defect with the merchandise, please contact our Customer Service department about returning or replacing your shoes.

You can return purchases by mail to The Walking Company by following the directions on the return/exchange form included with your order or by calling our Customer Service department at (800) 642-9265. To return or exchange product purchases in any of our nationwide stores simply bring your items, a packing slip or copy of your shipping confirmation email, or your store receipt along with your ID and the credit card used for the purchase to The Walking Company location nearest you. Credit Card purchases will be credited to the original purchase credit card account.

Cash and Check purchases over $100 - a check will be issued and mailed from our corporate office within 15 business days of the item being received by The Walking Company.

PayPal purchases will be credited to the original purchasing account.

Purchases paid by check below $100 may not be returned for cash until 10 days after the purchase.

For all "buy one, get one" promotions, customers returning purchased items will forfeit any discounts applied to the transaction.

Shipping charges are not refunded for return items.

For unworn merchandise returned without receipt, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.

We cannot accept returns of final clearance or special-order items.
