Dansko's Black patent clogs- the best!
I was given a pair for Xmas that were alittle to small. Unfortunately the person who gave them passed away, unexpectedly. I contacted Dansko to ask what to do( I had no receipt& didn't even know where they were purchased!) Dansko customer service was great! They wanted an email that included my address , as well as my 1st-3 choices for an exchange. Then to send the shoes to them. Today I just opened a brand new pair of the exact shoe but in the correct size! What a great company, no questions or problems. Just understanding, integrity& honorably. I couldn't be happier. Planning to make more purchases & refer everyone who wants a quality pair of shoes in MANY varieties that look & feel good from a company that's been around for years & offer true integrity. Too long Dansko Patti
I ordered Dansko Patti size 36 recently and was disappointed they were too long. I could easily put my finger in the back. I kept them and stared at them awhile trying to figure out what to do. They are slip ons and I have had difficulty with slip ons because I have a narrow foot. Just yesterday I had this idea to add an orthotic to see if that would help to take up space. With a heavier sock, it seems like it could work. So, I unpacked the shoes and decided to keep. Today, I read your comment about Dansko making shoes in China which are a good fit, but shoes made in VietNam are too long. I looked at the box and Dansko Patti's are made in VietNam. Hence, the extra space problem I first encountered may not be my foot, but a different production issue! I agree with M's comments, Walking Co./Dansko. Vietnam VS. China
I have ordered Dansko for many years now and have found that your Dansko Pro Cabrio are made in China, true to size...however, the last two-orders for your Dansko Pro "Oiled" finish are made in Vietnam and have been a HALF-SIZE TOO BIG! So, sending my recent order back, even though I must pay for shipping on a pair of Dansko Pro that were ordered correctly and should fit! Hey Dansko, get-it-together, ensure your Vietnam plant is in tune with your China plant so the Clogs will be the same size/length!! OR add a comment, "Clogs made in Vietnam, are a half-size larger"
Cute & Comfy
First time buying Dansko brand after having some size & quality frustrations with Sanita clogs! I'm on my feet for hours and sneakers are really so bad for my feet. These Dansko Pro clogs are definitely of much better quality and much better fitting than Sanita's! They are definitely very comfortable out of the box. I think i'll be starting a collection soon.
