I am 35 years old with plantar fasciitis and slightly wide feet. I walk everyday. I only wear Abeo athletic shoes, but I decided to give these a try with my “free pair” reward. I am a solid size 9, but these run just a tad short, as I could feel the slightest pressure on my toe when I tried them on in-store. The 9.5 looked big but fits very well. They feel snug around my feet, which I like when walking. They give you that rocking motion - like you have to keep moving forward. It’s great! I will be ordering these in white and possibly orange in the future.
I’m a fit over 65 woman, and I walk/jog daily in spite of significant arthritis in my toe and metatarsal joints, and ankles that have been sprained so many times my Orthopedist was impressed. The gravity defyer is better than ASICS, New Balance and Nike for support. I wear those in-shoe socks with no problem.
I bought these 2 weeks ago with concerns that they wouldn't live up to their description on the box and boy I was SOOOO wrong. I have Plantarfacias and knee issues and when I were these I feel absolutely NO pain. When I start having pain in my foot I put these on instead of my slippers and the pain literally stops as if the shoe abosrns the pain!! I will be buying as many colors as I find to keep these from getting worn out!
