I have high arches that require inserts because of inflammation and pain in my planar plate (ball of foot). The inserts that came with these shoes feel a little weird at first, but they definitely prevent pain in the ball of foot area. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size 10 instead of my usual 9.5, and I'm glad I did--they fit great in my toe box. They're a little loose around the ankle, but I usually have that problem even when I order 9.5s. I will definitely order another pair when this one wears out!
I wear a size 11 but I find that Gravity Defyer shoes run small for me so I have to buy a men size 10.5. I was hoping that because this was a different style that it would fit. But it didn’t. I even wrote Gravity Defyer to make size 12 women but haven’t heard a word. But they do make excellent shoes. I have to have a rocker sole because my foot was fused and this is an excellent shoe for this medical condition b
I ordered these specific sneakers after reading different reviews, but also because I have been suffering Plantar Fasciitis for a long time. I must say that these shoes are very comfortable and the quality is fantastic. I was very surprise to receive my shipment so fast especially due to the pandemic. Great job!
