Great support and stability. Make many shoes usable (like skate shoes and low profile shoes) that otherwise would not be tolerable for me. You do need to get between 1/2 and 1 full size up in your shoes in order to accommodate those chunky insoles. But well worth the investment.

I've had 6 foot surgeries, including bone grafts. These are by far the best orthotics I've found. They hold up for a long time, usually at least a year, before I have to replace them. I use them in my every-day shoes, in my running shoes, and in my gym shoes. They're fantastic! I can't say whether they run small or large, I just know that I wear an 8 or 8.5 shoe, and I buy the size 7 orthotic, but that has been true for every orthotic I've ever bought.
