Traveling overseas for an African Safari. First of all the zippers allow easy off and on as you pass through security in Africa. Second of all, you need to take off your shoes in the Safari van to stand on the seats to see the animals walk by. A lot of dust on the Serengeti so the leather wipes clean. The comfort is outstanding. I thought the fleece along the ankle would be hot but it was not. Perfect shoes/boots. Purchased a second pair in black to walk around Greece and Turkey.
