Effective October 8, 2024, the rewards program (hereinafter, the “Rewards Program”) for WalkingCo LLC (“Company”) shall be governed by the following program rules (“Program Rules”).
The Program Rules govern the Company’s relationship with members of the Rewards Program (collectively, “Rewards Program Members,” and individually, a “Rewards Program Member,” “Member,” or “you”), including how Members manage their accounts, and earn and redeem Rewards Program points (“Points”).
By opening a Rewards Program membership account (“Account” or “Membership Account”), or by using your membership account to receive and redeem benefits of the Rewards Program, you agree that:
All Rewards Program benefits, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, without advance notice unless required to do so by applicable law. At the Company’s sole discretion, the Company may choose to substitute a similar rewards program for the Rewards Program at any time immediately upon notice to active Rewards Members. If the Rewards Program is terminated, all unredeemed Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no Reward claims will be honored after the conclusion of the notice period.
These Program Rules supersede all previous terms and conditions applicable to the previous rewards program. Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Company may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Program Rules, the structure for earning and redeeming Awards (as defined below), with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Awards (collectively “Program Rule Changes”). “Awards” means any and all awards earned by Members in connection with the Rewards Program, including without limitation, Reward redemptions. Reward Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Program Rules and any Program Rule Changes. Your continued participation in the Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of any such Program Rule Changes.

Earning Rewards:
No purchase is necessary to join the Rewards Program, but purchases are required to earn points and maintain points and level of membership status, as discussed below. If you have an account with the Company, any purchase (excluding returns, taxes, and/or shipping) with the Company is automatically eligible to earn rewards, no further actions are required on your part.
Every $1 in purchases (excluding returns, taxes and/or shipping), will earn 3 reward points. Purchases may be made online or by phone. In the event a Member receives a full or partial refund for merchandise for which it earned Rewards Points, the 3 Rewards Points will be deducted from the Member’s Reward Point total for each $1 refunded. If bonus points are earned for every $1 in purchases due to applicable promotions, the bonus points will also be deducted for each $1 refunded.
To earn points, customers must be logged into their The Walking Company account online. If they are shopping by phone, they must identify themselves at check-out by using their email address and customer account. Members may confirm that points have been added to their account by visiting https://www.thewalkingcompany.com/account.
