I have developed arthritis in my knees and my previous running/walking shoes were too cushy and putting too much of a strain on them . These are terrific! Supports my foot well and no strain on my knees. I walk our 90 lb dog twice daily 2 miles each time and i absolutely love them. The toe box is a little wider but not sloppy.
