I wear an orthotic due to knee pain. This sandal works as well as my orthotic tennis shoes to prevent knee pain. Bonus points for looking great as well.

I bought these in black and almond last summer. They are very comfortable. The only issue I have is that I have a very high instep and so the strap is barely long enough and as a result sometimes comes undone because there is only a tiny bit of velcro holding it (as a result of it barely fitting over my foot). This probably won't be a problem for most people.

I haven't been able to wear a heel height over 1/2 inch for years but needed something dressier for an event. I wasn't sure these would be wearable for me but tried them based on other reviews. They are amazing! I've worn them for a full day and they are incredibly comfortable and stable for my pronating feet. I'm so excited to be able to wear a cute shoe again!
