I got these using a credit that I got from The Walking Co. I thought I’d try them out, I need a new pair of athletic shoes. I have plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma and experience ankle pain, and I really like to walk which can be very painful for me, usually. I’m happy to say that these shoes have helped me more than any other athletic shoes. I walk any w from 2 to 4 miles a few times a week, and I really don’t have painful walks anymore. I will be getting another pair when these wear down. They do run small. I wear a 9, and ordered a 9.5. I thought, at first, the 9.5 were too small, but they stretched out. I had to work a bit with the tongue on one of the shoes to get it to flatten out because I could feel it on the top of my foot, but I make sure to flatten it out completely and don’t have the problem any longer. My shoe box came with a few inserts to try to get the perfect fit. The original inserts worked perfectly for me after trying them all. I’m very happy with these and will buy them again. Remember to size up at least half a shoe size and wear them a bit to stretch them out.
