Keen Whisper

I’ve owned a few pairs of Keens, and while they’re not always the most stylish, they have been the best backpacking sandals I’ve found. They’re durable, supportive, and they last a few years of rigorous hiking, fully protecting your toes. I’d read some reviews about this style saying to go a half size up, and commenting that the footbed was too narrow, but read these after purchasing, and I’m so glad I didn’t read them before! My usual size is perfect for me, and I don’t usually wear a wide, but do have slightly wider feet, and these are perfect, and imo more stylish than prior designs. I absolutely love the smoke blue color, which leans towards a darker teal. With my last pair I had to wear socks on long hikes or they’d rub me raw, but there’s soft lining on the inside of these, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to wear these as is.. we’ll see! So happy with my purchase!

I got these sandals to have a closed-toe summer shoe for greater safety and stability. They are very comfortable and look great. I wish they were leather rather than vinyl or plastic because that makes them a bit sweaty.

This is my second pair. I love them. They fit great and if you have a problem with a pair, you can return them.

I do alot of walking, and the terrain is never predictable in my city. These are lite weight and breathable so I love the style

I purchased this shoe as a hot weather substitute for closed sneakers that I find too hot in the summer. I like that it is a sandal with stability for walking or light hiking. I will probably end up buying another pair in a different color.
