Surprise Purchase
I ordered Dansko Susie sandals and received Dansko Sophie in the Blue Metallic. It's a nice, comfortable shoe that fits true to Dansko sizing. I decided to keep the Sophie sandal rather than going through the hassle of sending them back. I think I paid more for the Susie but Customer Service would not credit the difference or even go back to look at what the sales price was for the Sophie shoe. It didn't feel like a company that wants to keep it's customers. They made a mistake and then wouldn't consider an adjustment for their mistake. I will keep this in mind when I need new shoes and Walking Company will not get my business if I can find the shoe anywhere else.

Adjust your shoe size
Got my shoes yesterday. So excited! Totally comfortable. I'm a 8 1/2, sometimes a 9. This shoe fits so perfect, it's like my heel is hanging off rhe back. Not cute! I'm sending them back and going up to the next available size, 9-10. Weird. Not happy, inconvenient!
