You pay for return?
My size is an 8 1/2 N, so I first ordered a 9N. And later ordered an 8N. The 9 was too large and the 8 was fine. I like the shoes. However, I am not happy about having to pay for return shipping — especially after learning the company closed all its retail stores. So I can’t deliver them to a store either and MUST pay for the return myself. So many retailers have learned the customer value of prepaid shipping and returns. I’m sorry The Walking Company has not. I even called the help line and got no where. Disappointing.
