This is a great fitting pair of shoes. I can wear them all day with no problems. My feet have narrow heels and high arches so finding a pair of shoes that don’t rub on my heels is rare. The vamp is high on my foot and the elastic ties can be cinched up to keep the shoes snug.

I’ve started to have a bunion and nerve pain from years of standing doing hair and wearing “cute” shoes. These work for my narrow feet and have great arch support and cushion my forefoot. I wear them walking and they keep me comfortable the entire day. Might need a second pair. True to size but if you have a wide foot these might not be for you.

Can't really explain why but these shoes seem to help with balance and neuromuscular walking issues. They are comfortably snug which may provide more feedback to the brain. Regardless they get a big thumbs up from me. Just bought a 2nd pair!

This is my 2nd pair…I love them! They are very comfortable and fit my custom orthotics. They hold up well and last a long time.
